She is a Kashmir based Certified Physiotherapist having an experience of over 6 years in the relevant field. She has worked with renowned healthcare providers including KRV, Care & Cure. Also worked as a consultant physiotherapist with JKCA's under-23 Women's team. 
Having an expertise in pain management especially neck pain, chronic low back pain, frozen shoulders etc. 
She has lots of experience for treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-partum exercises, muscle injuries, muscle re- education and exercise rehabilitation.
She endeavors to provide holistic treatment combining, exercise, manual therapy and mindfulness techniques where possible to help her patients achieve their goals.
