1.After registration & filling of some obesity related questionnaires ,the members are thoroughly screened and assessed for obesity and related disorders .

2.Some investigations and previous physicians records maybe requited.

3. Anthropometric and other vital parameters are calculated.

4.Customized exercise plans are designed .

5.Nutrition Counseling is done.

6.Behavioral intervention by Clinical Psychologist .

7.Weekly and monthly assessments .

 

For Commercial Weight loss :

Only need to fill some relevant fitness and exercise questionnaires before joining the hall.

Programs, Trainers, Nutritionist, Psychologist - by choice .

 

Programs include :

Cardio : Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stationary Cycling, Step aerobics.

Strength training : Free weights and body weight, Medicine balls ,dumb bells, Pilates equipment ,Kettle bells, Thera bands, Gym balls, Elastic bands ,Quad tables.
